WWU Wins Four National, Three Reserve National Championships

William Woods University won multiple national and reserve championships at the International Andalusian and Lusitano Horse Association National Championship Show, held in Fort Worth, Texas, Oct. 13-18.
Katie Hudson of Tebbetts, Mo., rode a WWU-owned horse, Prazier OBF, to win National Championships in Half Andalusian English Pleasure Amateur and Half Andalusian Western Pleasure Amateur. The pair also took home Reserve Championships in Half Andalusian Geldings and Half Andalusian Show Hack.
Jennie Petterson, clinical instructor of equestrian science at WWU, also riding Prazier OBF, received Reserve Champion in Half Andalusian Western Pleasure Open and placed in the top five in Half Andalusian English Pleasure Hunt Seat Open.
Tim Keeling, a professional trainer from California, rode Prazier OBF in two open classes, winning National Championships in both Dressage Sport Horse Prospect In-Hand and Half Andalusian Geldings Halter.
