I faxed this great historical article to my Dad, soon to be 88, who faxed me back this response:"I didn't know many of the things Andy mentioned. One thing: My Dad told me that when he won all that money he hired a horse and buggy to take him back to Murray. Also, I asked my Mother for a dime to see a movie and to see MIckey Daniels who had been in the Our Gang comedies. The only money she had was a dime that was partially melted in the 1910 fire. - Hi Patti. We will have to meet in person someday. You are the only cousin that I have yet to meet. I have heard of Kendall Jackson wine. Sounds like a beautiful place. We will have to get some more pictures posted here also. My youngest daughter, Jessie, is also a National Champion. She specializes in miniature horses (in fact she is in Tulsa right now competing with her horse, Tido).

- Hi Patti, Yes, I am going thru Chicago almost weekly for the next month or so as I am now working in Cincinnati. Sharon and I will be getting together on the weekend of Nov 8/9. I was planning to stop at John & Flo's on 11/2. I can bring the photos with me and leave the relevant (Brunelle vs Lafrenz) ones with them. When are you going to be in Chicago?
